OXERING

OXER is an engineering company that emerged in 2009, as a spin off of Insesa Ingeniería y Servicios S.A. to specialize in the development and management of innovation.

All the experience of 40 years of working in the engineering, design and manufacture of equipment for mining plants has been collected to offer solutions to multiple innovation challenges of large mining.

We develop multidisciplinary design projects, of equipment, tools and devices, with an innovative character, using state-of-the-art technology and procedures, automation, sensorisation, remoteisation and robotisation.

In the international arena, we have extensive international negotiation experience and offices in Australia to capitalize on development opportunities.

Mario Rendic

Mechanical Civil Engineer, Master In business administration with 40 years of experience in engineering, design, and manufacturing of equipment for industry in general and especially for Mining. He was a specialist in the maintenance-free design, in symptomatic analysis, and in planning and management of
maintenance. Entrepreneur, owner of several companies, director of companies,
angel investor, professor of innovation and entrepreneurship, multi-circle contributor business, and innovation.

Bárbara Mcleod

Australian Mechanical Engineer with 18 years of experience in mining projects, materials handling, design of storage, transportation and loading systems. He has a broad command of work teams under pressure in international mining project development environments.

Sebastian Rendic

Design Manager (Major Projects Area Manager) and Senior Mechanical Engineer, with an emphasis on mining, processing and materials handling. I am an advocate for Continuing Professional Development (CPD), an Engineering Registrations (CPEng / RPEQ) ambassador and mentor and is a member of the Engineers Australia Queensland Division Innovation Committee, driving Engineering Innovation into the wider community. My community work extends to Lions Clubs International, where I have served as Past Club President and Past club Treasurer.

Felipe Ramírez

Bachelor of Architecture, Diploma in Management, Diploma in Innovation Management, Diploma in Conservation and Restoration of Heritage

Felipe Ramirez is a qualified Architect with 15+ years’ experience in design, construction,, building information management (BIM), and digital twins. With experience on projects in America, Europe, and Australia. He has recently developed construction staging methodologies including base logic, reports, staging diagrams, Primavera P6 programs, and 3D-4D modeling (integrating 3D modeling and Primavera P6 Programs).

Francisca Rendic

Architect, with a master’s degree in Design. She has 12 years of experience in the design of objects. Has designed and built structural elements, buildings, equipment. Its vision consists of incorporating beauty as a design element,
the practicality, the relationship with the human being, organizations, health and the environment. Actually leads Oxer’s office in Sydney, Australia.

Gabriel Ribba

Gonzalo Ramírez

PUCV Electronic Engineer, specialist in fiber optic networks, and design of distributed sensing systems through the use of fiber optic lines. He has developed the design and construction of an OTDR sensor to detect disturbances in conveyor belt idlers

Juan Francisco Araya

Electronic Engineer, Master in fault diagnosis specialist in instrumentation and control applied to monitor vibrations in installations industrial, structures, and tests from the laboratory. It has wide experience in preparing engineering specifications, analysis, and commissioning support under construction, for electrical equipment and systems control for mining projects

Francisco Quiroz

Senior statistician, Graduated in Data Sciences, specialist in predictive modeling, machine learning and artificial intelligence software.
